Chapter Co-President of the 2023 to 2025 St. Brother André High School

Worked with more than 50 students on medical specialties and helped train them for HOSA’s Spring leadership conferences.  HOSA has helped me build my interpersonal skills and allowed me to interact with other fellow students that have a similar interest in medicine with me. Also, my experience with HOSA has helped me develop my leadership, communication and presentation skills with a greater population. I have been able to confidently communicate with others on topics in medicine that interest me.

Also, I dedicated 8 to 12 hours per week, 2 months of learning, researching, and content creation for video and PowerPoint presentations prep on clinical specialty medical topics of a physician. I created a skills video on successful steps for a DTaP to present in front of judges and collaborated with my doctor for volunteering experience for skills video. I received sixth and tenth place in the HOSA Spring Leadership Conference in 2023 and 2024, respectively.
